$100 Resident Level -- This membership level is available to residents of the area not affiliated with a business. To qualify for a Resident Membership, a person must reside within the boundaries of the Biltmore Area Partnership (the Squaw Peak Preserve to Campbell Street and 16th Street to 44th Street).

Resident members are encouraged to support the Partnership and participate in its monthly event program. Each Resident Member will have 1 (one) vote for election of the Board of Directors and on any matter submitted for a vote of the membership by the Board of Directors.

$300 Business Member -- This membership level is extended to businesses who desire to gain exposure in the Biltmore business area and beyond, as a result of membership with one of the Country’s most dynamic communities. To qualify for the Business Membership, a business must be located within the boundaries of the Biltmore Area Partnership.

The Business Member will be listed on the Biltmore Area Partnership website with a link to their business. Each Business Member will have 2 (two) votes for election of the Board of Directors and on any matters submitted for a vote of the membership by the Board of Directors.

$1,500 Stakeholder Member -- This prestigious membership level is designed for local industry business leaders who have a vested interest in the development of our community and who choose to be directly involved with civic and community issues. To qualify for the Stakeholder Membership, a business must be located within the boundaries of the Biltmore Area Partnership. This exclusive membership level includes:

  • Receiving current business news in the Biltmore Community via our quarterly e-mail newsletter
  • Exclusive opportunity to attend the annual Networking Summit
  • An enhanced listing on the Biltmore Area Partnership website
The Stakeholder Member will be eligible to serve on the Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors for the Biltmore Area Partnership. This invitation will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Each Stakeholder Member will have 3 (three) votes for election of the Board of Directors and on any matters submitted for a vote of the membership by the Board of Directors.

CONDITIONS – The Biltmore Area Partnership Board of Directors reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual or business.

A Non-Member may attend the monthly luncheon/event as a guest on 2 (two) occasions. Thereafter, the guest is expected to join the Biltmore Area Partnership to attend future luncheons.

Individual/business residents who belong to any corporation, association, institution, foundation, club or membership that holds membership in the BAP and chooses to be involved with the partnership must pay the $100 individual or the $300 business membership fee.
