Tuesday, March 23 will be the Biltmore Area Partnership Networking Luncheon and will be at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Our guest speaker will be Donald L. Maxwell, Phoenix Community and Economic Development Director.

Don has been the Director of the Phoenix Community and Economic Department since 2007. He had served as Director of Economic Development for the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia for 12 years, as Director of Development for the city of Hampton, Virginia for 17 years and their Chief Planner for three years. He graduated from Ohio State University with a BA degree in Architecture, from Virginia Tech with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning Degree, Post Graduate Program in Advanced Management Development from Harvard and obtained a Certificate of Advanced School of Organization and Management at Yale University. He has been recognized by numerous organizations for his success in establishing international relationships and attracting foreign direct investments.

Don will discuss "Building Partnerships for a Better Phoenix".

Ritz Carlton Hotel is located at 2401 East Camelback Road in the Camelback Esplanade. Reservations are required by Friday, March 19, as a head count is needed by the restaurant at that time. The cost is $25 for members and $35 for guests and non-members. Networking is from 11:30 a.m.to noon at which time lunch is served.
