On Tuesday, July 27 the Biltmore Area Partnership Luncheon will be at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant located in the Camelback Esplanade in Phoenix.

Our guest speakers will be Ray Quay, Assistant Director in charge of the Development Planning Branch of the Water Services Department with City of Phoenix. The Planning Branch works closely with developers to establish infrastructure needs and to achieve developer's objectives. He also serves the City of Phoenix Development Coordination Committee a multi-departmental committee aiming to facilitate and streamline development process in Phoenix.

Also speaking will be Can Xiao, City of Phoenix Project Manager for the Camelback Core Water Improvement project, a 23 million private/public partnership infrastructure improvement project that includes 3.5 miles of water main and one million gallon booster pump station. She oversees the project design, construction, public outreach and financial reimbursement activities.

Handouts will include Project Benefited area maps. Ray and Can will present "AN UPDATE ON THIS MAJOR WATER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT FOR CAMELBACK CORE AND ADJACENT AREA".

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant is located at 2575 East Camelback Road in The Esplanade and reservations are required by Friday, July 23, as a head count is needed by the restaurant at that time. The cost is $25 for members and $35 for guests and non-members. Networking is from 11:30 a.m.to noon at which time lunch is served.
