The Biltmore Area Partnership has played an important role in the dynamic evolution of the area. Some of the many quality of life enhancements for those living in this area achieved in part through the dedicated and visionary efforts of its membership include:

  • Pedestrian crossing under Camelback Road midblock between 24th and 26th Streets with $6.6 million federal and city construction funds.
  • Pedestrian enhancements along Camelback Road midblock between 24th and 26th streets with $500,000 state shared revenues.
  • Networking opportunities at monthly luncheons featuring key community leaders.
  • Signage improvements for the area resulting in the Camelback Esplanade installation of new directional signage on adjacent Camelback Road sidewalks.
  • Upgrades to Lincoln Drive and 24th Street
  • New sidewalk for the east side of 24th Street from Missouri Avenue to the Arizona Canal.
